0. You need to install Java SE Development Kit first
1. Goto http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/
2. Click from Package Solutions, "Eclipse IDE for Java Developers"
3. Download the .zip file and unzip
4. Run eclipse.exe in the eclipse directory to start!
